Clear terms before you pick up.

Equipment-specific terms are confirmed in your rental agreement.

Reservation & payment

Full rental payment is due before equipment pickup. A card authorization hold or cash deposit may be required.

A valid driver’s license and signed rental agreement are required. The renter must meet the minimum age stated in the agreement.

Return equipment at the agreed time and in the condition received. A one-hour grace period may apply; late charges follow the signed agreement.

The renter is responsible for towing-vehicle compatibility, legal loading, securement, and safe operation throughout the rental.

The renter is responsible for loss, damage, missing accessories, and recovery costs as described in the equipment agreement.

If we cancel because equipment is unavailable or unsafe to rent, payments for that rental are refunded.
